General Information
PWP has a blasting cabinet profile of 34" L x 20" T x 22" D. Blasting of larger parts will be subcontracted out at a rate of $70-$125 per hour.
All other parts should be clean and free of all dirt, grease and oils. If cleaning is required, we can quote that as a separate cost.
Parts must be totally disassembled. PWP will not disassemble anything you bring to us (i.e. seals, bushings, gaskets, bearings and races).
Parts cannot contain any bondo or filler. Bondo will ruin the coating. Our process may fill some minor imperfections. Call for details.
Powder coating not only brings longer life for your parts, but also gives you the professional image you desire. We treat every part as if it were our own, and strive for only the best finish.

Durability–Powder coating is extremely durable, and various types are formulated to endure the severity of chemicals, abrasion and chipping, or ultraviolet radiation from sunlight
Finish and color variety–The latest powder technology has resulted in texture, wrinkle, hammer-tone, and a wide array of colors such as candy, sparkle as well as smooth film powder coatings in any level of gloss.
High-quality–before baking, parts painted with liquid paint have a strong tendency to attract dust particles that may mar the finish. This is not the same with powder, which will leave a quality finish to your part.
